A violation letter will be sent to the homeowner to correct the violation (if one has not be sent already).
The person reporting the violation will not be identified in the letter to the resident.

Where to obtain resail documents?
To order a Resale Disclosure Packet, contact PMP at 703-771-9355. If requested in electronic form, the Seller may designate up to 2 additional recipients at no additional charge. Processing time allowed remains at up to 14 days from the order date unless a "rush" is requested (for additional fee).
